1. When a 100kw Weifang Weichai diesel generator is found to have water ingress, if the generator set is still running and the operator's own safety needs to be ensured, it should be stopped and not started.
2. If the water level in the storage environment is high, it is necessary to lift the generator set with a hard object to raise the core part of the unit above the water level.
3. Remove the air filter of the Weichai diesel generator set, replace it with a new filter element, and soak it in oil.
4. When disassembling the lower intake and exhaust pipes of the diesel generator set, it is also necessary to drain the water inside the pipes. Open the pressure reducing valve, rotate the diesel engine to generate electricity, observe whether there is water discharged from the intake and exhaust ports. If there is water discharged, continue to rotate the crankshaft, and drain all the water in the cylinder. Install the intake and exhaust pipes, add a little engine oil to the intake port, rotate the crankshaft several times, and then install the air filter.
5. Remove the fuel tank of the diesel generator set, drain all the oil and water, and check whether the fuel of the diesel generator in the breeding plant has entered the water. After entering the water, it needs to be drained completely.
6. Drain the sewage from the water tank and waterways, clean the waterways, and add clean river water or boiled clean water to raise the float. Turn on the throttle switch and start the diesel generator. After starting the diesel engine, pay attention to observing the rise of the oil indicator and listen for any abnormal noise from the diesel engine.
7. Check if all parts are normal, and run in the diesel engine. The running in sequence is to start at idle speed, then at medium speed, and then at high speed, with a running time of 5 minutes each. After running in, stop the machine and drain the oil. Add new engine oil, start the diesel engine, and run it at medium speed for 5 minutes to start normal use.
8. Disassemble the 100kw Weifang Weichai generator set, inspect the stator and rotor inside the generator, dry them before assembly.
