The working conditions of the power station (unit) specified in the standard are mainly determined by the altitude, environmental temperature, relative humidity, presence of mold, salt mist, and inclination of the Weichai diesel generator set. According to the new regulations of the industry, power stations should be able to output rated power and operate reliably under the following conditions.
Class I power station: altitude 1000m, ambient temperature 40 ℃, relative humidity 60%;
Class II power station: altitude of 0m, ambient temperature of 20 ℃, relative humidity of 60%.
The power station can operate reliably under the following conditions, that is, the altitude does not exceed 4000m, and the upper and lower limits of environmental temperature are: 40 ℃ and 45 ℃, respectively; The lower limit values are 5 ℃, -25 ℃, -40 ℃, and the relative humidity is 60%, 90%, and 95%, respectively.
The diesel generator set can operate normally in the following natural environments:
(1) The ambient air temperature for use is 0 ℃~+40 ℃;
(2) The altitude used shall not exceed 1000m;
(3) The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 95% (at a temperature of+25 ℃);
(4) There is mold.
For ordinary units, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃, otherwise corresponding low-temperature starting measures should be taken; For automated units, the ambient temperature used should not be lower than+15 ℃, otherwise warm up measures should be taken. However, some models of Weichai power generation units have been adjusted and mature technology can adapt to harsh environments, and can still be used normally in plateau and cold regions, which is not achievable by many low-end and low-end machines.
