When the fuel injection pressure is too low, the spring end face is worn, or the spring elasticity decreases, it will cause the fuel injector to open early, delay closing, and cause poor fuel atomization, resulting in a decrease in diesel engine power, insufficient combustion, and black smoke from the exhaust pipe. 1. Sealing failure, white smoke discharge, and similar sound of shooting: When the fuel injector is working, the sealing cone surface of the needle valve body will gradually appear scratches or pitting due to frequent strong impact and abrasive wear by the needle valve. The contact width of the cone surface will increase, which may cause sealing failure and cause the fuel injector to drip oil. When the temperature of the diesel engine is low, there is white smoke emitted from the exhaust pipe; When the temperature of the diesel engine is high, the exhaust pipe not only emits black smoke, but also emits an unstable sound of blasting. At this point, if the oil supply to the cylinder is stopped, the smoke exhaust and blasting sound will quickly disappear.
2. Needle valve stuck and unable to inject oil: Excessive moisture or acidic substances in diesel can cause the needle valve to get stuck due to corrosion; When the sealing cone of the needle valve is damaged, the combustible mixture in the cylinder will also enter the mating surface and form carbon deposits, causing the needle valve to be stuck and the fuel injector to be unable to spray, causing the cylinder to stop working.

Internal leakage, long injection time, and difficulty in starting: When the needle valve frequently reciprocates in the needle valve hole, if the diameter of impurities and particles in diesel is too large, it will gradually wear the guide surface of the needle valve hole, causing an increase in internal leakage of the fuel injector, a decrease in pressure, and an extension of injection time, causing difficulty in starting the diesel engine and increasing vibration during operation.
4. Leakage and oil leakage from the connection hole between the fuel injector and the cylinder head: If there is carbon accumulation in the installation hole of the fuel injector on the cylinder head, the copper gasket is not intact or flat, asbestos board or other materials are used instead of red copper material, or the thickness of the gasket cannot ensure that the fuel injector extends out of the cylinder head plane, it will cause poor heat dissipation or failure to seal, leading to leakage and oil leakage at the connection hole between the fuel injector and the cylinder head.
5. Black smoke emission: Due to the continuous injection and flushing of high-pressure diesel, the nozzle hole of the fuel injection nozzle will gradually increase due to wear, leading to a decrease in injection pressure, a shortened injection distance, and uneven mixing of combustible mixture, resulting in black smoke emission in the diesel engine and an increase in carbon deposition in the cylinder.
