The nuts of the series through shock absorber (i.e. the fastening bolts pass through the foot shock pad and frame) must not be tightened too tightly, otherwise the shock absorption effect will be greatly reduced.
3. Check whether the diesel storage capacity in the fuel tank of the Cummins generator set meets the usage needs.
4. Check if the oil level in the Cummins diesel oil pan, fuel injection pump, and governor is sufficient.
5. Fill the water tank (i.e. radiator) with coolant.
6. Check the electrical components to be used and whether the connection points are secure and correct. The automatic air switch should be in the "disconnected" position, and check whether the battery can work properly.

When the unit is interrupted for a period of time before running, it is necessary to first use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of each winding and control system of the generator to the ground. At room temperature, the insulation resistance should not be less than 2 megohms. If the insulation resistance is lower than the above value, drying treatment needs to be carried out.
